We are entering a new phase of international growth and creative consolidation, and with it comes the need to strengthen the way we think, decide and scale as a group. In this context, we are proud to announce the incorporation of Natalia Gamero del Castillo to our Board of Directors as a non executive advisor, reinforcing our governance at a key moment of expansion across Europe and Latin America.

Natalia brings a rare combination of strategic depth, business leadership and creative understanding. Over more than two decades at Condé Nast, she played a central role in the company’s international transformation, leading the integration of five European markets as Managing Director for Europe, Mexico and Latin America, as well as overseeing the launch of operations in the Middle East. Prior to that, she served as CEO, President and Editor of Condé Nast Spain, guiding the organization through a period of structural and digital evolution.

Ivo Van Vollenhoven highlights the strategic relevance of her appointment: “Natalia brings a highly valuable international perspective and a proven track record in strategic growth, consolidation and governance within creative organizations. She has lived through the transition from traditional media models into digital and experiential ecosystems, which is exactly where our industry is heading as we expand our platform globally.”

This incorporation comes at a time when the group continues to accelerate its international footprint. We currently operate across Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Brazil, while preparing further expansion in the region and reinforcing our presence in Europe following our recent entry into Turkey. This growth is supported by a clear strategy that combines organic development with the integration of specialized production companies across markets.

Within this ecosystem, assets such as Contrario play a key role, alongside Lee Films and Ocean Films Brasil. Together, they form a diversified platform that allows us to scale internationally while preserving the identity, craft and independence of each creative unit.

Natalia Gamero del Castillo emphasizes this approach as a key driver of sustainable growth: “Integrating companies while preserving their identity and reinforcing a shared sense of purpose is essential to scale creative organizations in complex markets.”

She adds: “Creativity generates more value when it is supported by strong structure and governance. When scale, talent and creative judgment come together, the opportunity is enormous.”

Her arrival strengthens a long-term vision for TwentyfourSevenGroup: building a global creative platform where structure and creativity grow in parallel, and where expansion never comes at the expense of identity.
